To do this, first I painted my nails solid white. Then once it was completely dry, I cut out small fingernail sized pictures from the comic section of the newspaper (I used Beetle Bailey). Then I wet one of the pictures with rubbing alcohol and placed out picture side down onto my nail. I held it firmly onto my nail for 1 to 2 minutes. Its very important to be still during this time so the paper doesn’t slide and smear the ink that is transferred. After I repeated this on all of my nails, I coated my nails with two coats of clear polish.</p> <p>Mine didn’t come out quite as well as the tutorial on youtube. Im thinking it’s because I used newspaper instead of an actual comic book. This is one if those colors you either really love or you just hate it. I personally love it but I have a thing for green nail Polish. This is a medium green jelly base with green and silver microglitter. I’m wearing 3 coats because I wanted it to be opaque, but it goes on really evenly so you can wear less if you want a more sheer look. This gorgeous red is called “under 18”.
